NEW TO SNIPE - HOW TO GET STARTED

After clicking the link above you will be automatically brought to the Schedule page of our booking system. Select My Profile from the menu items along the top of the screen.

When you selec the My Profile page, a pop-up window will come up to prompt you to either login or create a new account.  Select New Account.

On the next pop-up windo enter all your personal information and create a password for your account, then click Next.

A new pop-up will come up to say that your account has been created and a confirmation email has been sent.  Click OK.

Go to the My Dependants page and select the New Dependent button.

In the pop-up window, enter your child's personal information.  Make sure to tick the box at the bottom to allow purchases on your credit card or you will have to enter credit card information separately on each dependent account.  Hit Save.

To learn more about the services we have to offer, look at the list of services available from the main menu on our website and select the page for the service/program that you are interested in learning more about.

Go to our online calendar and browse the programs/sessions currently being offered.  Click on the session you are interested in to see more information.

When you are viewing our schedule on Schedule House, you can filter the schedule to only show certain types of sessions. For instance, if you only want to see our On Ice/Project Ice sessions, go to the category drop down list at the top right of the calendar and select Project Ice.

 When you are on our schedule in Schedule House, change your view from Month to Week and it will show you where the session is being held and who the instructor is for the session. 

Go to our online calendar and find the program/session you are interested in.

Go to the My Profile page.   

Select the child you wish to sign up for a session.  A pop-up window will come up asking if you are sure you wish to switch profiles and use your credit card to make purchases.  Click Yes.

After selecting your dependent you will be re-routed to the online calendar.  Find the program/session you are interested in and click on it.  

In the pop-up window select the Sign Me Up! link at the top right.

If this is your first registration, you will now be prompted to complete our online waiver.  Hit Yes to complete the waiver.  Scroll down to the bottom of the next page, fill in the required information and hit Submit.  You will now need to go back to Step 3.

Since you are new to snipe you likely will not have any passes already on your account.  After selecting Sign Me Up! a pop up window will come up to say that you have no passes and ask if you wish to continue to purchase a pass.  Click Yes.  You will now be brought to our online store and list of available passes to purchase for the session you selected will come up.  Select the one that best suites your needs and complete the checkout process to purchase and pay for the pass.
