Our classes are designed to provide small group training. In these classes students will be taught to execute creative ways of getting reps in; while learning new skills that will help you earn your “Snipes”. These run continually every day of the week in a format similar to a gym like Rev3k or West London Crossfit. You simply pick the classes that work best for you, and sign up through our app or online. We ask you to sign up 24 hours in advance, so our coaches can prepare your session. Our top notch instructors will push the athlete outside their comfort zone in a fun and exciting way. Our classes are our best value, and the best way to get your reps in.
